Returns Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery

  • A valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required before sending any item back

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

  • Software licenses or activated subscriptions

  • Programming, configuration, or installation services

  • Special-order or customized products

  • Clearance or “Final Sale” items

  • Shipping, handling, and service fees


Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is defective, faulty, or damaged during shipping, please notify Radio Solutions within 48 hours of delivery.

You may be asked to provide:

  • Photos or videos showing the issue

  • Serial numbers and packaging details

Once verified, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the product and availability.


Return Authorization (RMA)

All returns require prior approval.
Please contact Radio Solutions to obtain an RMA number before returning any product.

Returns sent without an RMA may be rejected.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defective product

  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method

  • Radio Solutions is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit


Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed after inspection and approval of the returned item

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days after return approval

  • Banks or card providers may require additional time to reflect the refund


Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued if:

  • Items are returned incomplete or missing accessories

  • Packaging is damaged or not original

  • Products show signs of use or handling beyond inspection

The final refund amount will be determined after evaluation.


Order Cancellations

  • Orders cancelled before shipment may be eligible for a full refund

  • Orders cancelled after shipment must follow the return process and will be refunded only after inspection


Manufacturer Warranty

Many products sold by Radio Solutions are covered by a manufacturer warranty. Issues that arise after the return period may be handled under the manufacturer’s warranty terms, with our assistance if needed.
