Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
Items must be returned in their original packaging, including accessories, manuals, and documentation
Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required
Any product that shows signs of use, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged on arrival:
Software licenses and activated subscriptions
Special order or customized products
Programming, installation, or configuration services
Clearance or discounted items marked “Final Sale”
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is defective, faulty, or damaged during shipping, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
We may request:
Photos or videos of the issue
Serial numbers and packaging details
Once verified, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on product availability and manufacturer policy.
Return Authorization (RMA)
Before returning any item, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from Radio Solutions.
Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product
We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method
Radio Solutions is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned item
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Processing time is typically 5–10 business days after return approval
Shipping, handling, and service fees are non-refundable
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund or alternative product may be offered.
Manufacturer Warranty
Many Motorola radios and accessories are covered by a manufacturer warranty. Warranty claims for defects that occur after the return period may be handled directly under Motorola’s warranty terms, with our assistance if needed.
